Honey Oat Muffins

Dick and I are on a health food kick. These muffins fit right in, except that they are also delicious.

¾ cup old fashioned rolled oats

¾ cup whole wheat flour

¾ cup all purpose flour

¼ cup brown sugar

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp Chinese five spice powder

½ tsp salt

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

½ cup honey

1/3 cup canola oil

Preheat over to 375F. Put paper cups in a 12 cup muffin pan. Mix all dry ingredients. Then mix all wet ingredients. Then mix both until just combined. Spoon into prepared muffin tin and bake for 18 minutes until golden and toothpick inserted in the middle comes out dry.
