LEBANESE-SPICED CHICKEN WITH GREEK YOGURT DIPPING SAUCE

Marinade 4 chicken breasts 1 - 2 hours in the following:

½ cup grated onion

2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

2 tbsp. olive oil

1 tsp dried mint

1 tbsp dried oregano

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp coriander

1 tsp cumin

½ tsp nutmeg

While marinating, prepare the yogurt sauce:

1 cup Greek yogurt

1 tsp dried mint

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp coriander

1 tsp cumin

½ tsp nutmeg

Mix well.

When chicken is ready, broil in the oven 5 - 6 minutes on each side. Serve with sauce.
