Mom's Brownies

MOM’S BROWNIES

4 eggs

2 cups sugar

10 oz. chocolate

1 stick butter

1 cup flour

1 tsp vanilla

 

Preheat oven to 350F.

 

Beat eggs and sugar with paddle attachment 5 minutes until pale yellow and ribbon forms.  Melt chocolate and butter on low heat.  Stir mixture into eggs yolks slowly while beating.  Fold in sifted flour and vanilla.  Pour into 2 8” square pans sprayed with Pam.  Bake 31-33 minutes.
