Boil spinach and make puree of it
Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds allow to crackle, add onions and sauté till golden brown, add ginger garlic paste and cook it for 5 min. Now add tomato, salt, turmeric, cumin, chilli powder in it and cook till oil separate on slow fire, remove from fire and keep aside.
Take a pan heat little oil and add chop garlic cook it till golden brown, add dill leaves, chop spinach and chop spring onions, sauté it for few seconds
Now add spinach puree in it and cook it properly, add the above tomato onion masala in it and cook it properly on slow fire, add fenugreek and garam masala powder.
Check seasoning, and ready to serve
