Dick's glazed carrotsIngredients:
Peel and slice the carrots. Cook in water until crisp tender, abuot 10 minutes. Drain. Melt the butter and brown sugar in a wide skillet. Stir the carrots into the pan and add nutmeg. Cook a few minutes, enough to glaze the carrots, and serve. You see, it doesn't have to be complicated or difficult to be delicious! |
