Chicken Basque StyleIngredients
Instructions Preheat oven to 350F. Brown the chicken in hot olive oil on all sides in a Le Crueset Dutch oven. Remove from pan. Put onion and carrots in pan and sauté 5 minutes.. Add herbs, carrots and tomatoes and cook on medium-high heat until tomatoes emit their juices, about 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add flour and cook 1 minute, stirring. Add bouillon and stir until well combined. Bake in oven, covered, 1 1/2 hours. |
