Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
- 2 1/2 tbsp sesame oil (toasted)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tsp. minced fresh ginger
- 2 tsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3/4 lbs thin spaghetti or Asian egg noodles, cooked al dente
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Combine dressing ingredients. You can spice it up with Asian chili paste, minced garlic and hot red pepper flakes. Toss with noodles. Add cilantro if you like it.
