Lamb Keema (Meatballs)

  • 500 GM Lamb mince
  • 300 GM Tomato chop
  • 300 GM Onion chop
  • 10 GM Green chilli chop
  • 20 GM Ginger chop
  • 30 GM Garlic chop
  • 60 GM Coriander chop
  • 20 GM Lemon juice
  • 50 GM Ginger garlic paste
  • 3 GM Cumin seeds
  • 1 GM Green cardamom
  • 1 GM Cinnamon stick
  • 1 GM Bay leaf
  • 4 GM Turmeric powder
  • 8 GM Red chilli powder
  • 5 GM Cumin powder
  • 20 GM Garam masala powder
  • 15 GM Fenugreek powder
  • To taste GM Salt
  • 60 GM oil

Instructions

  1. • Wash lamb mince and strain it, keep it aside
  2. • Heat oil in copper vessel add cumin, cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf in it and allow to crackle, add chop onions and cook till it light golden brown, add chop garlic and cook till golden brown, add ginger garlic paste and little water and cook for 5 min on medium heat, add chop tomatoes.
  3. • Add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder cumin powder and cook till tomatoes gets mash and masala leaves oil
  4. • Add mince in it and mix it properly, add chop ginger, some water in it and cook it till meat cooked
  5. • Add garam masala powder, fenugreek powder and lemon juice
  6. • Add coriander chop in it and adjust seasoning, serve hot
