English Cake
Ingredients:
- 3 sticks Unsalted butter, softened
- 1 lb Sugar
- 1 lb Eggs
- 1 lb + 2 oz. Cake flour
- ½ oz. Baking powder
- 4 oz. Milk
- 5 oz. Dry apricot, chopped
- 5 oz. Dry prunes, chopped
- 5 oz. Raisins
- 5 oz. Dry cranberries
Method:
- Cream, butter and sugar add eggs one by one and mix it on a slow speed, sieve together all the dry ingredients and folded into egg and butter mixture add milk mix for 1 min
- Remove in another bowl add all dry fruits bake at 350F for 25 min.
