English Cake

Ingredients:

  • 3 sticks Unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 lb Sugar
  • 1 lb Eggs
  • 1 lb + 2 oz. Cake flour
  • ½ oz. Baking powder
  • 4 oz. Milk
  • 5 oz. Dry apricot, chopped
  • 5 oz. Dry prunes, chopped
  • 5 oz. Raisins
  • 5 oz. Dry cranberries

 Method:

  • Cream, butter and sugar add eggs one by one and mix it on a slow speed, sieve together all the dry ingredients and folded into egg and butter mixture add milk mix for 1 min
  • Remove in another bowl add all dry fruits bake at 350F for 25 min.
