Chicken in Tomato Sage Sauce

 

Ingredients

  • 4 CHICKEN BREASTS, halved
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 ONION, Chopped
  • 2 gloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 4 tbsp crushed fresh sage leaves
  • 2 cans san marzzano crushed tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Heat up stock. Add onions and garlic and cook for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook over medium low heat for 40 minutes. Uncover and cook to thicken.
