Chicken in Tomato Sage Sauce
- 4 CHICKEN BREASTS, halved
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 ONION, Chopped
- 2 gloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 4 tbsp crushed fresh sage leaves
- 2 cans san marzzano crushed tomatoes
- Heat up stock. Add onions and garlic and cook for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook over medium low heat for 40 minutes. Uncover and cook to thicken.
