Citrusy Ginger-Soy Salad Dressing
Great with greens, you can add chicken or shrimp as well.
- 3 tbsp orange juice
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp minced red onion
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)\
- 1 1/2 tbsp minced peeled ginger
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Mix well. Season to taste.
