Citrusy Ginger-Soy Salad Dressing

Great with greens, you can add chicken or shrimp as well.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp orange juice
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp minced red onion
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)\
  • 1 1/2 tbsp minced peeled ginger
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix well. Season to taste.
