Clafoutis

 

Ingredients

  • • 1 lb. washed, dried and hulled cherries, apricots, peaches or plums
  • • 7 oz flour
  • • 4 eggs
  • • 5 oz of sugar
  • • 2 cups milk
  • • 1 pinch of fine salt
  • • 2 tbsp. kirsch
  • • butter for the mold

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 °C.
  2. Butter the mold generously.
  3. Pit the cherries if you wish (the cooking will take a little longer).
  4. In a bowl, pour the eggs, mix them, add the sugar, part of the flour and salt, mix, pour part of the milk, pour the rest of the milk and flour, mix. Flavor with the kirsch. Place the cherries in the cake dish and pour the mixture over them. Bake for 35 minutes.
