Tomato Jam

I've been looking for a good tomato jam recipe for a while. It goes so well with so many things. And now that I found one, I'd like to share it with you.

1 28 oz. can diced roasted tomatoes

¼ cup sugar

¼ cup white wine vinegar

1 tsp mustard seeds

½ tsp curry powder

¼ cinnamon

Pinch ground cloves

In a medium saucepan combine all ingredients and simmer on very low heat, stirring occasionally, until very thick and jamlike, abuot 1 hour. Season with salt and refrigerate up to one week.
